Basic Information

This Page shows you how to configure Windows NT 4.0/2000 on your own desires. It also introduces you in using the most, on our opinion, powerful tool of Windows NT 4.0/2000: the Registry Editor, by giving some hints to ease your work and "furnish" your desktop.

We intend to enlarge it on our own and YOUR experience. For comments an suggestions mail us!

Changings in the Registry may cause Problems! To prevent trouble be sure to backup your system-configuration, renaming NTuser.dat to bak-extensions or use special software.

NOTE: For some change of settings to take effect it is necessary to reboot your system.
